About the Role

As a Fashion & Customer Experience Assistant, you’ll be a key part of the Luna Grace team. You’ll support our day-to-day operations while ensuring every customer feels valued, supported, and inspired by our brand.

This role is perfect for someone who loves women’s fashion, has a strong eye for detail, and enjoys creating positive customer experiences.

Your Responsibilities

• Assisting customers via email and contact forms
  
• Supporting order processing, returns, and exchanges
  
• Helping maintain product listings and website content
  
• Assisting with social media or content coordination (optional)
  
• Representing the Luna & Grace brand with warmth and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine interest in women’s fashion and styling
  
• Strong written communication skills
  
• A customer-first mindset
  
• Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
  
• Previous experience in fashion, retail, or customer service is a plus, but not required
